Service Delivery Terms

Titan Edge Technologies provides structured virtual coaching programs that are completed within 120 days of purchase. Clients pay a one-time upfront fee. We do not offer installment plans, financing, or prepaid service contracts beyond 120 days.

All coaching, planning, goal-setting, and accountability sessions are delivered within the 120-day program period. Any continued coaching after that period requires a new enrollment.

 

Refund Policy

Because services begin immediately upon enrollment, refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis during the active 120-day service period.

Once the 120-day program period has ended, no refunds are available, as services have been fully delivered.
